This policy explains what we collect when you use the StarFuel nutrition report, why, and what we do with it. ANeustart is the data controller.

What we collect

• Questionnaire answers — what your child eats, and the symptoms you choose to tick. This is the information the report is built from.
• Your child's first name, age and sex, if you choose to give them. The name is optional; leaving it blank only changes how the report addresses your child.
• Your email address, so we can send you the report.
• How you reached us — if you followed a link from an ad or a newsletter, the campaign tags on that link. They are kept in your browser until you submit, and then stored with your report so we can tell which links are worth running. They describe the link you followed, not you.

What we do with it

We use it to generate and deliver your report, to answer you if you contact us, and to review how the questionnaire is working so we can improve it. That is all. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your answers, your child's first name and age, and your email address for as long as we operate the service, so that your report link keeps working and so we can help you if you contact us. They are held in our database and in an internal log we use to review submissions.

You can ask us to delete all of it at any time. Email hello@getaneustart.com and we will remove your answers, your report and your email address, and confirm once it is done.

Who else processes data for us

• Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record; handles payment and holds your billing details. We never see your card number.
• Supabase — stores your report.
• Resend — sends the email your report arrives in.
• Vercel — hosts the site.
• Google — we log submissions to a private spreadsheet we use to review them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@getaneustart.com and we will act on it.

Children

The report is about a child, but the service is bought and used by an adult. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children, and children do not interact with the service.
